Die Jury mit Nina Eichinger, Dieter Bohlen und Volker Neumüller hat sich viel vorgenommen ein neuer Superstar soll gefunden werden. Viele Stimmen werden laut, dass es dieses Jahr mal wieder ein Mädchen werden soll.
Es beginnt mit Agnes Brücher aus Hamburg und ist der deutschen Sprache nicht mehr so richtig mächtig. Ihr Gesang war auch absolut schrecklich. Die Stimme erinnert Bohlen an eine volle Windel Schei… (Der Euro landete im Sparschwein 
) Er gibt ihr noch den Tipp nicht weiter zu singen, denn sie kann alles besser als singen. Agnes nennt ihn einen Besserwisser.
DSDS Kandidat Eugen Flittner begeistert die Jury mit seinem eigen geschrieben Lied, welches Eugen mit der Gitarre vorgetragen hat. Der Lockenkopf wird es weit schaffen bei Deutschland sucht den Superstar. Die Juroren warfen ihm die Recallzettel vor die Füsse.
Kader Delfi meint sie wird der nächste Superstar. Es wird ein kleiner Schritt für sie und ein großer Schritt für die Menschheit. Davon ist sie überzeugt. Die Jury bat sie die Gitarre zur Seite zu legen und es so zu probieren. Doch auch so konnte sie nicht überzeugen. Danach fragte Kader, ob sie noch ein Lied singen kann. Die Jury verneinte das. Wie ein kleines bockiges Mädchen verlies sie das Studio mit den Worten: “Ich seh dich in der Hölle”
DSDS Kandidatin Naomi Narte verzaubert Volker Neumüller, der wie erstarrt alles beobachtet. Sie kommt mit einem Akkordeon und begeistert nur mit ihrem Erscheinen. Sie ist weiter im Recall von DSDS.
Carmen Telschig wohnt in einer betreuten WG, da es familiäre Probleme gab, wurde sie mit ihrem Bruder ins Heim gegeben. Der Bruder singt auch bei DSDS vor. Sie singt den song “You my heart you my soul” und bekommt ein Ja von Dieter und Co. Carmen schafft es in den Recall.
DSDS Kandidat Ruhzdi Bojani spielt sich auf einer Gitarre mit vier Saiten und dem Song “Closer” in den Recall. Die Musik hilft ihm seine Erfahrung vom Krieg im Kosovo zu verarbeiten.
Im Recall von DSDS 2010 haben es Eugen Flittner, Carmen Telschig, Naomi Narte, Ruhzdi Bojani im zweiten Casting geschafft.
